University College Cork (UCC) is a constituent university of the National University of Ireland, located in Cork. UCC has been collaborating with a wide range of European Institutions, academia and Industries. In the framework of this project, UCC will perform activities related to its skills in sustainable food engineering systems research, including innovative packaging design, novel materials, waste minimisation through engineering packaging design and shelf-life estimation.
