Inxenia team

INXENIA is an innovation consultancy that provides professional services in RDI and sustainability issues, mainly focused on the fishing sector, that works closely with SME and corporates in the quest of eco-friendly and economic viable solutions to their challenges.

We count on an extensive experience in three fields:

FISHING: Development of Fishing Improvement Projects (FIP), Good Practices Guides and Action Protocols; Creation of Fishing Producers Organizations and management/advice of their Production and Marketing Plans (PMP); Fostering of technological development through the Fishing Tech Accelerator, use of by-products, energy efficiency projects, traceability and labelling systems; Campaigns to promote fish consumption, market studies, new products viability assessments and creation of quality brands; Organization of events as congresses, technical and dissemination conferences and workshops.

SUSTAINABILITY: Implementation of Circular economy measures through Life Cycle Analysis, Carbon Footprint Calculation, Ecodesign and ecolabelling, Valorisation of by-products and Environmental management systems (implementation and internal audits of ISO and EMAS standards).

INNOVATION: Development of Open innovation activities: RDI diagnosis in companies, management and coordination of projects, encouragement of new lines of business, internationalization and commercialization of results; search for RDI financing and preparation of project proposals to regional, national and European calls, tax deductions for RDI activities, generation of technical and economic reports; Systematization of innovation (UNE 166002) and Communication of innovation: organisation of conferences, creation and management of web pages and social networks and edition of dissemination material.
